TNT Express explores sale of Dutch part of TNT Fashion

TNT Express announces it has decided to explore sale opportunities for the Dutch operations of its specialist fashion supply chain business TNT Fashion.
The possible sale of the Dutch operations of TNT Fashion will be designed to ensure service continuity. The sale process will not affect the terms and conditions of existing agreements with customers and suppliers. TNT Express will continue to offer delivery services to the fashion and lifestyle industry.
TNT Express is looking to conclude a possible sale by the end of 2013.
As announced on 29 July 2013, TNT Fashion’s UK activities will be integrated with TNT Express UK & Ireland’s operations to capture the synergies between the two businesses.
