This week we read about Black Friday, Amazon, Target’s fulfilment strategy – blah blah blah basically eCommerce. It’s big, as you might have heard, and some very interesting developments happened in the industry segment this week.
Technology has given customers unprecedented access into the businesses they engage with. Consequently, the businesses-customer relationship is shifting which is changing the traditional nature of such processes as order to cash. What can your business do to maintain control in this shifting environment?
Treading very diplomatically here, I think most people would agree with this pretty generic sentence: Whether or not you’re pleased with yesterday’s results, there is no question that supply chain will likely experience some impact.
