What does customer centricity mean for a modern company’s back office?

As customer-centricty redefines how supply chains are structured, we wanted to introduce these two speakers to you:

Mr. Massimino joined Telogis in 2012 and serves as the Director of IT.  He currently manages multiple departments including the IT ERP Applications Team.  Prior to Telogis he was with C3 Business Solutions serving as Senior Consultant and Project Manager.  Mr. Massimino earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.

Marco Rossi is the Supply Chain Cloud Director for Product Development in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has over 20 years of experience working at Oracle supporting customer requirements for Supply Chain, during this time he has worked across a variety of industry verticals including Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech., Construction, Transport, Central and Local Government, Telecommunications and Retail. His prior Oracle experience included roles as IT Manager and Production Manager within the manufacturing industry.
