Darcy Cozzetto joined The Bouqs Company as the Chief Operating Officer in November 2018. In this role, Darcy leads and provides strategic direction for all company operations, including supply chain (farm relations, planning and allocation, inventory management, transportation and fulfillment), digital (product and engineering), daily operations (program and project management) and customer experience.

Darcy holds 20 years of experience in retail — in eCommerce as well as brick and mortar. Prior to joining The Bouqs Company, Darcy held executive positions for Walmart, Sears and Sony, and most recently led operations for Southern California-based start-up Eaze.

Born in the Northwest Territories of Canada and raised in North Dakota, Darcy went on to study at the University of North Dakota, double-majouring in Psychology and Sociology. She then attended the University of San Diego, where she earned her MBA in Supply Chain Management and International Business. Darcy currently resides in Santa Monica.

Abtin Hamidi currently serves as the Founder & CEO of Torch Logistics. He has been a leader in the 3PL space for over a decade. He was instrumental in growing XPO and Echo from their early stages to more than a billion dollars in sales. He co-founded Cargo Chief, a Silicon Valley-based tech-enabled third party logistics provider that unlocks hidden capacity, which was later acquired. Next, as Vice President, he helped in the successful turnaround of Cargomatic, a technology enabled local delivery platform.

Most recently Abtin has launched Torch, an emerging 3PL focused on disrupting the economics of transportation.

He earned both a bachelor of arts degree in communications and a master of arts degree in rhetorical theory from Eastern Illinois University.
