eyefortransport Weekly Newsletter 28th March 2013

Logistics monthly stats; Supply chain visibility uncovered; Pharma supply chain changing; Q&A's with Hi-Tech exce

A couple of nice bits of content this week. An interesting article from my friend Cathy Roberson about the pharma supply chain industry; Georgia Logistics have released their economic indicators for the USA market, which is always a good read…..and we are sharing with you the recording of a recent webinar we undertook about supply chain visibility featuring the CIO of Geodis Wilson and Infineon Technologies and a Q&A series with a number of senior supply chain execs in the Electronics and Hi-Tech Industries. We're also running a complimentary webinar on Friday on 'The Future of Supply Chain and the Next Generation of Supply Chain Management'. Avnet and Gartner will be presenting and with over a 1000 people registered for the webinar, make sure to sign up for it.

Lastly, I have the pleasure of flying to Lisbon on Monday where I have been invited to deliver the opening keynote presentation at Portugal’s largest Supply Chain event - http://www.lscmeeting.com/. It will be my first ever trip to Portugal and I’m very much looking forward to it, even if it means my weekend will be spent finalizing the slides ;0). If you are planning on attending then let me know.

Regards,
