Ekol Poland starts comprehensive logistics services with Regatta Ltd.
At the begging of January Ekol opened a company in Sweden but it still keeps developing the current locations and expending the services. Ekol Logistics is launching comprehensive logistics services in the branch in Poznań, Poland.
“We established cooperation with Regatta the UK’s best loved outdoor clothing company selling outdoor clothes and equipment. Currently this customer is using our storage, VAS, picking shipments services and in the future also bonded warehouse services will be added. At the first stage of cooperation we are talking at about 650.000 pcs. of about 4000 SKU’s stored on about 2.000 sq. m. of a high racking system warehouse. After the successful implementation we will start with the second stage which means enlarging the scope of services for other European countries and several-fold increase the amount of stored goods.” – said Marcin Trawczyński, Branch Manager of Ekol in Poznań.
Most of Ekol customers come from the automotive, hi-tech, fashion, retail, industry, FMCG and healthcare sectors. The company has the know-how of the fashion sector as 16 % of the global turnover comes from this industry.
